Sleeps 6 - 11 6 Bedrooms 11 Dining

Converted estate holiday house near the Peak District sleeping 11 for family reunions and weekends with friends

Holiday Rental for Groups of Families and Friends. National Trust - 6 High Hazels, Derbyshire, sleeps 6 - 11 in 6 bedrooms.

Sorry, no hen or stag groups at this property.

With free access to the whole Hardwick Estate (during opening hours) as your playground when you stay at 6 High Hazels, you'll love a visit to the Elizabethan Hall itself as well as strolling in the park and gardens. And if you don't feel like cooking, you could visit the Great Barn restaurant on the National Trust estate, where you can grab breakfast, lunch or cakes. The converted brewhouse at the heart of the estate is furnished with a nod to the past, and it'll make a character-filled backdrop for a friends' reunion or a birthday weekend away.

This elegant holiday house is in a great location in the heart of the UK between Chesterfield and Mansfield. Inside, the 6 bedrooms are all comfortable, with considered decor, antique touches and high ceilings. The bathroom has a beautiful roll top bath, with separate shower, and there's another shower room on the ground floor too. The compact kitchen is accented with dark red splashbacks and has everything you need for preparing a special meal for your party. The red accent continues in the dining room, where you'll find a long dining table that's perfect for gathering around after a day out exploring.

And if the whole of Hardwick Estate isn't enough, there's also a private walled garden of your own with outdoor tables and chairs. Beyond Hardwick, the rolling Derbyshire countryside beckons for walks, and the eastern edge of the Peak District with its buzzing towns like Bakewell are only 20 miles away.
