## About The Property

Natsley is a very large modernised 6 bedroom farmhouse set in 200 acres of organic farmland within the Exmoor National Park. The house is ideal for extended family groups, celebrating birthdays and other special occasions, and for yoga and massage retreats.

Downstairs there is one very large kitchen, dining and sitting room, with 4 large sofas, a wood burner, dining table for 12, kitchen breakfast table, bar area, and a large fully stocked kitchen area. There is a second large living room with a full sized American pool table, two more sofas and another wood burner.

For yoga or massage retreats we also have a separate purpose built yoga studio.

The wood fired hot tub is next to the pool which we heat to a very warm 30 degrees from mid May till mid September. During the winter the pool makes a fabulous plunge pool for the brave.

We also have a complimentary beach hut at Saunton Sands beach with 4 surfboards and two boogie boards for use by Natsley guests. The north Devon coast is only a 30 minute drive away, with South Molton a similar distance inland - offering lots to entertain all members of your group.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** WiFi here is ok..not superfast, but ok..no landline, and mobiles don't work that well in the house, unless using WiFi calling which works well.
- **Accessibility:** We can accommodate disabled people, but have steps and stairs, so not ideal for wheelchair users.
- **Dog Friendly:** Pet friendly, but please ask first. Dogs need to be looked after and usual dog rules apply; not upstairs and not to be left alone in the house.
- **Kitchen:** Fully stocked kitchen with everything you may possibly need: 4 oven Aga, food processor, Kenwood mixer, dishwasher.
- **Dining Room:** Large dining table seating 12.
- **Sitting Room:** Main house room is a very large kitchen diner with sitting area...all open plan and great for entertaining. Second sitting room in the other wing.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** 2 TVs in sitting rooms, both with DVD players..lots of films here. Sonos music system.
- **Games Room:** Full sized American pool table in the second large sitting room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating. Wood burners in both sitting rooms..logs are free.
- **Bedrooms:** Master superking and en suite, 3 further doubles with large shared bathroom, and two twin rooms with another shared bathroom.
- **Linen:** All house linen and towels provided. Please bring pool/hot tub towels.
- **Bathrooms:** 3 very large bathrooms, all with giant baths, and separate showers, all with great water pressure. 1 is en suite (master bedroom).
- **Children's Facilities:** Swimming pool, hot tub. 200 acres of space, fresh air, chickens, cows, sheep... We do not have cots or other equipment - please bring your own.
- **Outdoor:** Charcoal barbecue, large outdoor table for 12.
- **Swimming Pool:** The pool is heated from mid May till mid Sept. Always kept to a very warm 30 deg - during the winter it makes a fabulous plunge pool for the hot tub.
- **Parking:** Loads of parking space here.
- **Smoking:** Smoking outside only please.
