This large holiday house near Morecambe is located on a private estate with easy access to Morecambe Bay and the Lancashire Coastal Path. It's within 30 minutes of Manchester and 50 minutes of Leeds, ideal for guests travelling from different areas of the north west. Bring the dogs too.
Visitors to Natterjack Manor share some fabulous leisure facilities with other houses on the estate, with private use between the hours of 7am and 11am. The facilities include a full size indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and massage spa.
The living accommodation is on the ground floor with a huge open plan sociable space housing a kitchen, dining area and games room. Everyone can be together for dinner and celebrations, but there's enough room to spread out too. There is a 4 poster double bedroom on the ground floor too with an en suite, somewhere for grandparents or anyone less mobile in the group to stay if they don't want to tackle the stairs.
Upstairs are 4 uniquely designed luxury bedrooms with modern and stylish minimalist decor, indulgent rooms for a perfect night's sleep. The main lounge is also on the 1st floor offering stunning ocean views over the Irish Sea, a feature fireplace and a large TV making use of the integrated surround sound system. Outside the pretty gardens make use of the Morecambe Bay backdrop, a lovely spot for a barbecue or feast prepared in the outdoor kitchen or pizza oven. On chillier evenings, relax next to the firepit and toast marshmallows while making a plan for the next day.
Walks on the beach and coastal path are definitely on the agenda when staying at Natterjack Manor, or take a stroll along Morecambe prom to see the magnificent sweep of coastline and bay. Grange-over-Sands is an elegant seaside town with its own balmy microclimate, great for a family day out or a fish and chips supper. For an evening out Morecambe has plenty of bars and restaurants, with Manchester also only 30 minutes for a big night out or some retail therapy.
