Set in the heart of rural Suffolk; nestled away at the end of a long tree-lined drive, surrounded by rolling green paddocks, you will find the stunning Nedging Hall (also known as the Suffolk Pink Hall). The Hall boasts an impressive indoor, heated, salt-water swimming pool, with his and hers changing rooms, a sauna and mezzanine balcony. The short stroll across the front lawn, through the vegetable and herb gardens, leads you to the secluded lawn in front of the pool, where you can laze away your day on a sun lounger or dip your toe into the heated pool. Hidden away in the expansive and gorgeous gardens, you'll also find a full size tennis court and pavilion, fully equipped with racquets and balls. If tennis and swimming are not enough for you, why not spend some time in our traditional billiard and games room, or organise a table tennis tournament for you and your guests. If you wander through the house to the back lawn, edged with a 140m long ha-ha, you'll find a croquet lawn, koi carp pond and 80 acres of prime countryside walking. If you need a moment of tranquility, saunter down to the spring fed lake and take in the stunning waterlilies and watch the dragonflies dance. Just beyond the lake, if you look hard enough, you will find our Japanese garden. The natural landscape with a stream flowing all year, fed by the lake, creates this tranquil setting, sure to make everyone’s pressures fade away. Inside the Hall, not only is it light and airy, but you will find rooms accented with oak beams, and period artwork, log fires to keep you cosy, and full length French doors to take in the stunning vistas of the gardens. Our very own venue, The Crown at Bildeston can offer an array of catering options; we can also assist you with organising activities and anything else you might need. If you are celebrating a special occasion and require extra space, then why not consider hiring our beautiful Barn, a blank canvas for you to decorate as you wish. We only hire out the Barn to guests staying in the Hall. We look forward to hosting you soon! ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Pets are allowed at no extra charge; we do ask that they do not go on furniture or carpeted areas, and that they not be left unattended in the house. - **Accessibility:** We do not have any bedrooms or bathing facilities on the ground floor - but are happy to assist in any way we can to facilitate your stay. - **WiFi:** WiFi available throughout the house. - **Kitchen:** The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook and host a large dinner party. This includes a sizeable range cooker and 2 dishwashers. - **Dining Room:** This grand timber-framed room has an open fire place and parquet flooring, and seating for up to 24 guests. Next door, there is seating for 6 more. - **Sitting Room:** Featuring large double doors leading out on to the terrace, oak-beamed ceiling, parquet flooring and a wonderful open fire - perfect for entertaining! - **TV and Music Facilities:** 2 large TVs with Sky and Netflix; 2 JBL party speakers in the main house and a JBL party speaker in the pool house. - **Games Room:** Full sized billiard table, chess and other board games; outdoor tennis court and indoor table tennis (racquets and balls provided). - **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout the house; wood burners in the reception rooms (5 in total). Wood and kindling provided. - **Bedrooms:** Nedging Hall sleeps 20 in 9 bedrooms, several super kings which can be twins too. Sofa beds and pop up beds available. It is a private driveway, but not covered.
