Nether Burrows is the perfect secluded spot for anyone who enjoys the countryside but with the added bonus of being a stones throw from both Derby and Ashbourne as well as all the delights that the Peak District has to offer from Wild Park Derbyshire, Worth Brother Wines to Kedleston Hall to name but a few!

Over 4 acres of land means that there is plenty of space for whatever outdoor activities, including our kids play area and football pitch to keep everyone entertained, watch the array of wildlife. Each property has been allocated a fenced off area of land to reduce contact with other guests.

Nether Burrows sleeps up to 52 people in four properties and an annex suite. All properties are self-contained for booking individually or can be booked together to offer accommodation for any number of guests from 2 to 52. All the living accommodation at Nether Burrows is centered around large spacious living areas and are fantastically equipped for all your self-catering holiday needs.

Meadow View and Willow Barn each have a ground floor twin bedroom suitable for those who are less mobile.

Mobile telephone reception is limited. Each property has its own WIFI which delivers excellent service.

All kitchens are fully fitted with electric hobs, double ovens, washing machines and dishwashers.

Dining Room

Each cottage has dining for the amount of people it sleeps; Sunshine Cottage can also seat 52 with the addition of our "Party Pack".

Each property has a large sitting room with log burner.

TV and Music Facilities

Each cottage has freeview TV, DVD and radio.

Games Room

Willow Barn, Meadow View and The Farmhouse each have their own games rooms.

Swimming Pool

There is no pool on site, however Sunshine Cottage has a hot tub and you can now add a hot tub to Willow Barn, Meadow View & Pig Barn for £200.

Parking

Each cottage has allocated parking areas. Unloading areas are available where parking is not adjacent to the property.
