This family friendly glamping site just an hour outside of London is a wonderful setting for a get together with friends and extended family. Take the whole site for a weekend getting away from it all and reconnecting with nature.
Hens and stags taking the whole site are also welcome by enquiry.
Set in a large field with country views, the glamping tents have everything you need - no extra kit is required! Beds are cosy with all bedding and towels provided, the kitchen is well equipped and there's even a hot shower for each tent and flushing loo. The wood burning stove doubles as a hob for cooking tasty treats.
There's a pizza oven on site and the farmer will cook up a feast for everyone, shared in a communal area with covered benches. There's an honesty shop for essential supplies too, or you can order in home made ready meals and have a break from cooking.
Children will find plenty to do here. There's a rope swing in the woods, as well as opportunities to get involved on the farm - feed the animals (sheep, goats, two pigs...), groom the ponies, stroke the guinea pigs and visit the horses and ponies. Enjoy riding around the farm on the pedal go-karts or hire bikes and take to the woodland and footpaths around the farm and keep an eye out for the vast array of wildlife - badgers, foxes, deer and birdlife are all here.
And if you can tear yourselves away, there lots to explore off site too. Woburn Safari Park is a great day out, or head to Silverstone for some motor action. Oxford and Cambridge are both an easy day out too.
