New Yatt is a small village situated 2 miles from the bustling market town of Witney. Woodstock and Blenheim Palace are 7 miles away and the “city of dreaming spires”, Oxford, 12 miles. Communication links are good with the house being 4 miles from the A40 and just 19 miles to J8 or J9 on the M40. Hanborough Station, 4 miles away, has direct trains to London.
The huge designer kitchen houses a dining table seating 16 as well as a soft seating area. A separate living area has an inglenook fireplace and comfy sofas. With a pool table and lots of outside space, New Yatt Farm is an ideal venue for corporate away days, conferences , courses and workshops, with plenty of space for meetings, team building activities and informal get togethers with colleagues.
The farm can comfortably sleep up to 13 business guests in the 7 well equipped bedrooms and a further room on the ground floor with a superking bed. The property is arranged over 3 floors with most rooms enjoying superb views over the surrounding countryside.
Having lived overseas for 10 years and always renting a holiday cottage when returning to the UK, we saw at first hand the variable quality of some properties available to rent. We therefore decided to furnish the house in the way we would like our ideal holiday cottage to be.
All beds have comfortable Hypnos/Vi Spring mattresses, luxury 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, goose down quilts and pillows. We supply White Company toiletries and there are top quality Gaggenau/Meile/Sub Zero appliances in the kitchen.
New Yatt Farm is also ideal for families getting away together for special occasions and reunions, and for groups of friends too.

Underfloor heating on the ground floor. 2 open log fires. We supply plenty of logs.

7 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor suitable for elderly or disabled guests. Some superking, some twins. 2 bedrooms have extra full size single.

Linen

400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets plus White Company towels.

Bathrooms

3 en suite bathrooms plus a family bathroom on the 1st floor and a shower room on the ground floor.

2 cots and 2 high chairs available.

Plenty of space in the enclosed gardens. Rounders, football, table tennis, badminton and croquet. Large Indian kadai for BBQ and open firepit.

New Yatt is a small village situated 2 miles from the bustling market town of Witney. The house is set down a short unmade track and has plenty of walks on the door step. Near Blenheim and Oxford.

Witney is 2 miles away with Woodstock and Blenheim Palace 7 miles away. The City of "dreaming spires" Oxford is 12 miles.
There is a general post office store a mile away in North Leigh. Witney has a Waitrose, Sainsburys and Marks and Spencer. All the major supermarkets deliver to the house.
The Woodman in North Leigh is a 15 minute walk over the fields.The Royal Oak is a very pleasant 45 minute walk.
Oxford Airport is 8 miles away.London Heathrow is 56 miles.
Hanborough Station in Long Hanborough is 4.1 miles. There are direct connections to London.Oxford station is 12 miles and Oxford Parkway 11 miles.
Buses run to North Leigh about a 20 minute walk
