Exclusive rental of the 3 cottages together provides accommodation for 14 and is ideal for multi age groups of families and friends. The Old Stables has all of its accommodation on ground floor level and is wheelchair accessible. Newhill Farm Cottages also offers fully inclusive leisure facilities for guests to enjoy: an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, individual outdoor hot tubs for each cottage, a games room with table tennis, table football and a range of gym equipment, an outdoor play area for children and an outdoor tennis court - something to keep every member of your group entertained. The cottages here at Newhill Farm are in a lovely rural and private location. We are surrounded by farmland and Forestry Commission land, and in a perfect location to enjoy some special time away with family and friends. There are a wonderful range of inclusive leisure facilities to choose from and something here for everyone. When you're ready to venture further afield, the quaint village of Auchtermuchty is only 2 miles away and provides a range of local amenities. There is easy access to all areas of Fife and beyond, plenty of wonderful attractions nearby, and only a short distance for reaching St. Andrews, Edinburgh or further north. We mainly offer weekly bookings for the cottages. We offer short break bookings for late availability and selected dates in our low season. We are not able to accommodate hen or stag weekends at the cottages.
