Dog friendly with a hot tub and access to a pool. Newton Farm is in a great location ten minutes walk to the pretty village of Bicknoller with a great pub and community run shop as well as childrens play park.
 Your stay includes access to a private indoor swimming pool for 2 hours each day, offering a peaceful and weather proof way to spend time together. The pool is just a 20 minute drive away and is heated to 30'.
The layout is ideal for group gatherings, with multiple living areas that allow for both sociable moments and quiet relaxation. The heart of the home is the large kitchen and dining space, where mornings begin with coffee around the island and evenings are spent sharing long meals by the warmth of the wood burner. Doors open onto the patio, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor living in every season.
The sitting room offers a cosy place to unwind, with comfortable seating and a  wood burner  that creates a relaxed atmosphere for evenings in. A separate games room with pool table and TV gives a great  space to play and unwind, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their time in their own way. A ground floor bedroom and shower room add extra flexibility and comfort for guests of all ages.
Outside, the garden is a real highlight, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Children can play freely, dogs can roam safely, and there is ample room for outdoor dining and long afternoons in the sun. The hot tub is perfect for winding down at the end of the day, while the barbecue invites easy, sociable meals outdoors.
Set on the edge of Exmoor, the area provides wonderful mix of countryside and coast. Dunster Castle is a 15 min drive. Explore scenic walking and cycling routes across open moorland, visit nearby beaches such as Croyde and Minehead for fresh sea air and wide sands, or take a short stroll to the local village pub and shop. We are only a field away from the tracks of The West Somerset Steam Railway - the UK's longest steam railway and you can hear the trains, with stations a two min drive.Â
