The luxury living accommodation is spacious and sociable. A fully equipped kitchen is the hub of the house with a long table to gather round, a cosy room with an Aga and a great space for eating together and catching up. The traditional lounge has plenty of comfortable sofas and a wood burner for cosy evenings watching a film or playing board games over a few drinks. There is an outside seating area for when the weather is kind, offering an opportunity to take in the amazing country views and a spot of stargazing under clear skies.
And of course the indoor pool is a real focus for family fun, certain to be a hit with youngsters and adults alike.
Bedrooms are across three floors with 1 disabled access on the ground floor, handy for guests who wish to avoid stairs. The nearby Castle Trail is popular with keen walkers, a chance to visit local gems including Tolquhoun and Fyvie Castles. Golf lovers will find 16 courses in and around Ellon including the famous McDonald course. There are a number of whisky distilleries in the area too, well worth a visit. Haddo House and Country Park are only a few minutes away, popular for walkers and history buffs. Aberdeen is well under an hour away for good shopping, with Scotland's oldest bridge and the Maritime Museum also worth a visit.
