Ideal for family gatherings and celebrations, girls weekends and holidays with friends. This is a peaceful and beautiful location on a 240 acre working sheep farm 6 miles from Skipton, where you can slow down and relax away from the hustle and bustle of busy towns.

Easy access to level walking and cycling along the towpath of the pretty Leeds Liverpool Canal between Bank Newton and East Marton - perfect for an evening stroll or bring your bicycles for an adventure on 2 wheels. Maps and walking routes are provided, together with boot and bike-washing facilities and secure cycle storage.

Footpaths and bridleways lead from the doorstep of the cottages into the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Visitors enjoy the popular destinations of Malham, Bolton Abbey, Grassington, the Settle Carlisle Railway, cycling the Pennine Cycleway and discovering local gems like the double-arched bridge at East Marton and the locks in Bank Newton.

The well-serviced village of Gargrave, with several pubs, an Indian, Fish & Chip shop, cafe, Co-op, bus and rail services is 5 minutes away by car or 2 miles along the canal towpath.

All the cottages have very well-equipped kitchens, WiFi and are presented with high standards of housekeeping.

There are extensive patios around the cottages and comfortable outside furniture with cushions, to relax and enjoy time in this beautiful rural setting. By prior arrangements, gazebos can be provided to provide covered space for communal dining outdoors.

Suitable for all generations with a mix of ground floor accommodation, space for children to play out, and flexible superking/twin bedrooms in the two largest cottages, this is a wonderful choice for groups to stay.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** Free Fibre WiFi. Mobile network coverage is available on site, with some having better coverage outdoors. Please check your own network's coverage.
- **Accessibility:** 5 ground floor bedrooms across 3 cottages, 2 of which are entirely on the ground floor (Mickleber and Newton).
- **Dog Friendly:** We accept up to 2 dogs in the Hermitage, which sleeps 2 people. All the other cottages are pet-free.
- **Kitchen:** Fully fitted and really well-equipped kitchens. Dishwashers are provided in the three largest cottages (Mickleber, Nuttleber and Hulber).
- **Dining Room:** Dining tables are provided in the individual cottages for the numbers of guests staying. Outside furniture is provided for al fresco group dining.
- **Sitting Room:** Each cottage has a living space with sofas and TV. See our website for more details.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TVs and radios/bluetooth are provided in all living rooms. Smart TVs provided in Mickleber, Nuttleber and Hulber Cottages.
- **Games Room:** There is no games room, however there is an outside Activity Hut which includes garden games.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Full central heating is provided in all cottages.
- **Bedrooms:** 4 superking (or twin) rooms, 2 king bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 4 twin bedrooms.
- **Linen:** Bed linen and towels are provided. Cot bedding is not provided other than a fitted sheet for the cot mattress.
- **Bathrooms:** 10 bath/shower rooms across the cottages. Most have grab-rails fitted in the bath/shower. A shower seat can be provided.
- **Children's Facilities:** Travel cots and high chairs are available on request. Garden games are provided in the activity hut, and storage for bikes and scooters.
- **Outdoor:** All cottages are set in the converted stone barns on the farm. There are extensive patio areas around the cottages, a lawned area and picnic area too.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool on site. The nearest swimming pool is Craven Pool in Skipton, a 12 minute drive from the farm.
- **Parking:** Each cottage has plenty of parking in a communal, private parking area on the farm. Access close to each cottage is provided for ease of unloading.
- **Smoking:** No smoking in the cottages or on the balcony of Nuttleber Cottage. Smoking is permissible outside the cottages.
