Sleeps 9 (with an additional sofa bed if needed). Although not isolated, the house is completely private, and secure, with gardens and a large swimming pool. A wonderful venue for a family holiday or getting together with friends. With air conditioning and central heating, this is somewhere to enjoy all year round. In the summer, simply sit and relax in peace in the secure garden, dine al fresco making use of the outdoor kitchen, have fun in the pool or head down to the lake just 4 miles away and have a coffee at the lakeside cafe. From there you can swim, hike, enjoy water sports or hop on a boat for a tour of the islands. The house is easy to get to from the UK, with airports only 2 hours away and good train connections locally. There's plenty more for a day trip and to keep your group entertained: A local restaurant, open all summer, is just a 2 minute walk Within an hours drive you can be in the beautiful towns of Siena, Montepulciano, Perugia and Cortona The historic fortified town of Castiglione del Lago is just 4 miles away, with shops, an abundance of cafes, restaurants and Italys 4th largest lake Montepulciano is just 25 minutes away in the car, steeped in the history of wine making. Take a vineyard tour or wander the streets and take in the amazing views Cortona is just 20 minutes away in the car - another beautiful Italian town, renowned for its art, and with an annual Jazz festival, galleries and amazing restaurants Cite del Pieve and Panicale are 2 lovely hilltop towns steeped in the history. A day spent here is like stepping back in time. Panicale is the location for an Emilia Fox crime drama series Siena is just 60 minutes drive away and has lots to offer Head to Florence for the day! Hop on the local train only 5 minutes from the house (free parking) and within 1.5 hours you can be exploring this cultural destination Rome is 2 hours on the train, again with a regular service        But most of all, remember you are on holiday, so relax!       ## Facilities - **Accessibility:** A king sized bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor for ease of access. - **Bedrooms:** 3 bedrooms: I large king with bunk beds, 1 further large king room. The third is a double with a single. There is also a travel cot and sofa bed. - **Bathrooms:** There are 2 bathrooms. Both have a shower, wash basin and toilet. One is upstairs and one downstairs. - **Dining Room:** There is a dining table inside for 8 people and a high chair is supplied. - **Heating and Open Fires:** There is central heating and air conditioning.
