## About The Property

The Farmhouse is just 50 yards from the Nolton Haven's sandy beach. Our family home since 1841, the house has been totally refurbished to a very high standard.

Nolton Haven is a quiet hamlet that lies at the centre of the beautiful St. Brides Bay coastline with steep, undulating cliffs and sandy beaches, completely unspoiled but within easy reach of Haverfordwest, the 'county town' and many nearby coastal villages.

The whole of the coastline is part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty with a wide variety of natural amenities available to the visitor including the Coast Path (over 160 miles) that passes straight through the Haven, an abundance of wildlife, sea birds, wild flowers and beaches for swimming, surfing, boating and fishing.

In the springtime the wild flowers beside the path are spectacular. 75 yards to the village inn. The house has been renovated with a view of providing groups and families with the ideal situation to relax and enjoy each others company in a fabulous situation be they family, friends, birthdays, anniversaries, re-unions, stag and hen parties.

We can also arrange activity breaks with a choice of over 20 activities on offer, from whale and dolphin trips, bird watching off Ramsey and Skolmer islands, coasteering, paint balling and horse riding on a local beach.

We are also able to assist in wedding planning in conjunction with the local pub/hotel each able to accommodate about 16 guests, with a choice of venues for the reception from a beach party, BBQ on the terrace to a formal wedding breakfast. One of our family is a wedding planner and can arrange details for you if you wish, she can even arrange a limited number of church weddings.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Dogs by arrangement only.
- **WiFi:** No mobile signal but strong Wifi, landline available.
- **Kitchen:** Large kitchen with 2 dish washers, large range cooker, American style fridge freezer with ice maker also a drinks chiller facing the dining room.
- **Dining Room:** Large oak table with seating for up to 16 with Welsh dresser, floor fully tiled with the same tiles as the kitchen to make life easier for families.
- **Sitting Room:** Three sitting rooms: 1 has three leather 3-piece suites, several coffee tables. No 2 just off the dining room has 1 suite. No 3 has quiet reading room
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Large 55 inch Smart TV in main lounge with Sky TV and a TV in the sitting room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Oil central heating throughout the house, with a new log burner in the large lounge.
- **Bedrooms:** 8 bedrooms with one family bedroom a double bed and single bed, three double bedrooms, three twin bedded rooms and one single bedroom.
- **Linen:** Bed linen is supplied but not towels.
- **Bathrooms:** Six bedrooms have en-suite shower bathrooms, one family bathroom with bath and one shower bathroom off the main landing.
- **Children's Facilities:** Terrace and lawns for outdoor games.
- **Outdoor:** Paved sun terrace and lawns for BBQ and relaxing over looking the beach, several picnic tables. Hot Tub Hire is now also available from £100.
- **Parking:** Ample car parking.
- **Smoking:** None indoors.
