Only 5 miles to the M62, the house is in an ideal position for touring Yorkshire. Leeds is just 20 minutes away by car, as is Bronte Country and the renowned home of the literary sisters, Howarth. Visit 'Last of the Summer Wine' country at Holmfirth, where the famous sitcom was filmed, just 15 minutes from the house. A wine tasting trip to Holmfirth Vineyard is highly recommended. The artist-writer community at Hebden Bridge is only 40 minutes drive. And the stunning stately home of Harewood House, with its marvellous gardens and paintings, is just 40 minutes from Norfolk House.
