North End Farmhouse linked with Cider House and Old Dairy provides ample accommodation for 24 making this perfect for multi-generational groups. In an idyllic rustic setting, the Tudor features include a thatched roof and a great hall (providing an excellent dance floor) with a vast stone open fireplace, Inglenook fireplace, old bread oven, wood burning stove and mullion windows. Modern comforts provide a relaxing, versatile space with country charm.

The living room is huge with a fireplace. There's a separate snug, a large kitchen with a bespoke refectory table seating 16 made from ash sourced on the farm complete with 2 ranges, including an AGA, a utility area. Large flat smart screen TVs, mp3 stations and web access are provided. Downstairs is wheelchair accessible and 1 of the 6 bedrooms (a twin) is downstairs with a wet room allowing for elderly or disabled use.

Old Cricket Pavilion and North End Cabin are also available together or separately. The Pavilion has one of the best views in Dorset.

Within a 100 acre farm, unspoilt views, picturesque lakes and a country garden with lawns to enjoy outdoor entertainment, a large stone terrace with a gas barbecue and garden dining facilities. The house also benefits from organic gardens and fruit trees.

Other local outdoor activities include clay pigeon shooting, electric bike tours, paragliding tandems with Eddie the owner (please ask for details), fishing and power boat hire. The area is also fabulous for cycling and walking. Around every corner is foodie heaven, with many local pubs and restaurants, and cooking classes can be arranged at the farmhouse.

And for your hen party, why not try pole dancing, burlesque or hula hooping! Or relax and enjoy a pamper session with massage or facial rejuvenation treatments.

Dog Friendly

Ideal for dog walkers. Our 100 acres and links to the Monarchs way and Coastal path make it dog Heaven. > 1 dog per property incurs a £30 fee per dog.

Disabled Facilities

Wheelchair access is possible downstairs. There is a downstairs bedroom with adjoining wet room WC. Pavilion is on one floor and accessible by car.

WiFi

Internet access is available in all the properties. WiFi with no code and Smart TV.

Kitchen

Large kitchen with refectory table seating 16, two ranges (including an Aga) and range of equipment, utility room. Pavilion: gas cooker, d/w, fridge.

Dining Room

Large dining table seating 16 in L-shaped kitchen. Pavilion has table for 4. Dairy has a table for 4

Sitting Room

Large, comfortable sitting room with open fire (inglenook). TV, Wii and snooker table. Snug with wood burner and sofa. Pavilion: wood burner, TV.

TV and Music Facilities

Large flat screen TV in both sitting rooms and snug. 2 iPod docks and CD player. Both the Pavilion and the Dairy have large flatscreen smart TVs.

Games Room

No separate games room, but snooker and other games in large sitting room.

Heating and Open Fires

Inglenook fireplace in sitting room. Wood burner in snug. Central heating throughout the house.

Bedrooms

Mix of superking, king, doubles, family room, twins (1 downstairs). Sofa beds available.

Linen

Quality white bed linens and also towels provided.

Bathrooms

En suite shower to master bedroom. 2 family bathrooms upstairs, 1 shower room downstairs. Pavilion and Dairy have separate bathrooms with showers.

Children's Facilities

We have a high chair and 2 cots. Please bring your own cot bedding. There are also Wii, board games, snooker table, badminton and loads of outdoors.

Outdoor

Extensive grounds, including stone terrace with gas barbecue and dining furniture. Also a lake and picturesque gardens to enjoy. 100 acre farm.

Swimming Pool

There is no swimming pool but there is a pond which some love to swim in.

Plenty of parking on site.

Smoking outside only please.

Main Farmhouse from 7 nights from £1400 to £3600. From £1100 for 3 nights, from £900 for 2 nights. Full weeks only in high season. Last minute discounts available.

Other properties Cabin prices range from £250 pw and £150 w/e to £600p/w and £250 p/w.
