## About The Property

Number One, The Terrace is an eclectic mix of grade II listed building and boutique cottage. The house has been lovingly restored and has many original features mixed in with some cool new décor.

Downstairs: Enter through a grand door into the hallway where you'll find a shuffle-board a great game to get your stay started. The lounge features one the biggest Chesterfield sofas you'll ever come across, the room seats up to 20 people, has a living flame fire and a large flat screen TV. There's also a cinema room, perfect for a movie night.

The dining room is also a bar/party room, the tables push back to accommodate a bigger party. The kitchen is hand-made and features all the usual, built-in appliances all centred around a bright red, 4 oven AGA. The room has a small table for breakfast dining and socialising. There is a downstairs toilet and large utility room, where you dump your dirty boots, wet dogs and store all of you extra provision.

First floor: There are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a super king-size (that can be split into a twin with prior notice) it has a lovely modern en suite shower room with WC. Bedroom 2 is a large room with 2 windows flooding it with light. This room has a super-king-size sleigh bed, a sofa and flat-screen TV so you can retire to your room and leave the madness of the packed house behind. Bedroom 3 is a double with a stylish wrought iron bed. Bedroom 4 we've given the title "The French room", it features elegant white furniture and again a sofa and TV. There is a large bathroom with walk-in wet shower area and large free-standing bath.

Second Floor: Bedroom 5 we affectionately call the dormitory has 4 single beds and a flat screen TV the perfect place for the kids to hide. Bedroom 6 Next door is a double room. There are both a shower room and a bathroom on this floor both with WCs.

Outside: Features a large patio area with outdoor seating and barbecue space. There is a 7 seat hot tub on a raised patio area. The house has parking for up to 5 cars and is a short walk from all the shops, restaurants and cafes of Windermere village.

- **Sitting Room:** Sumptuous leather Chesterfields to seat up to 20 people. A large flat screen TV and living flame fire. This is a great place to kick back and relax.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms, the lounge and kitchen. Bose Sound Dock 3 stereo system.
- **Games Room:** Shuffle-board in hallway area. Cinema room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Open fire in the dining dining room. Living flame gas fire in the lounge. Gas fired central heating and pressurised hot water system.
- **Bedrooms:** 6 bedrooms. 1. Super king with en suite. 2 Super King. 3 Double. 4 King. 5 4 x single beds. 6 King.
- **Linen:** Crisp white bed linen supplied and fluffy towels supplied for all guests.
- **Bathrooms:** Downstairs toilet. Ensuite shower-room. Large family bathroom with free-standing bath and wet room area. Wet-room shower. Bathroom with shower.
- **Children's Facilities:** High chair and cot provided (no infant bedding supplied). More high chairs and travel cots available on request.
- **Outdoor:** Large west facing patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue for evening alfresco dining. Enclosed area with 7 seat hot tub.
- **Parking:** Parking for 5 cars Maximum.
- **Smoking:** Not in house.
