Filled with natural light, it provides a relaxed space to cook, dine and unwind together after days by the sea. Doors open directly onto a private south-facing garden, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow that’s perfect for summer living.

Outside, the secure garden is made for all ages. Children can enjoy the trampoline, lawn games and space to explore, while adults relax on the patio with a drink. At the end of the garden, a separate garden room with TV and WiFi offers a flexible space for quiet time, entertainment or remote working. A table tennis table in the garage adds a fun, competitive touch, and an optional hot tub provides an extra layer of relaxation.

The house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bright and well-presented bedrooms, with additional pull-out beds allowing space for up to 10 guests in total. Upstairs, a super king bedroom and a twin room with extra beds are complemented by a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Downstairs, there is a king bedroom and a twin, along with a bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and an additional WC.

With West Wittering’s award-winning sandy beach just a short walk away, guests can enjoy swimming, watersports and long days by the sea, while East Wittering’s cafés, shops and restaurants are also close at hand. Scenic coastal walks lead to Itchenor and Chichester Harbour, with Chichester itself offering culture, shopping and dining.

Number Twenty Four is a fantastic choice for a relaxed, well-equipped and perfectly located seaside escape.
