## About The Property

OA Surf Club is perfect for friends and families wanting to enjoy a breakaway to a unique location where you can enjoy time together to celebrate, catch up, have fun, chill or try out surfing, bodyboarding and coasteering. At night enjoy drinks and a BBQ and check out the sunset before falling asleep to the soothing sound of the sea.

Set in 10 acres of Heritage Coast and with direct access to Wanson beach, OA Surf Club is the perfect place to spend time outdoors and feel connected to the Cornish coast and the ocean. The BBQ area, cliff-top fire pit and seating areas provide plenty of space for outdoor dining and drinking whilst enjoying fantastic views and sunsets!

There’s a dining area, TV room, bar, drying room, parking for up to 20 cars and free WiFi throughout, perfect for streaming films and staying connected.

OA Surf Club has 15 bedrooms, most with sea views and sleeps up to 40 in a mixture of double, twin, bunk and single beds. Most rooms have en-suite facilities, but others have easy access to showers and WCs. There is also a laundry area and drying room for all those wet costumes, towels and wetsuits.

Breakfast is provided and we can also cater for evening meals, BBQs and lunches on request.

OA Surf Club is located in Widemouth Bay, 5 miles south of Bude. We can also offer guests with surfing lessons, stand up paddleboard (SUP) and coasteering sessions.

Not only is there a great sandy beach from where we run our surf, bodyboard and coasteering courses but also a selection of cafés, bars, pubs and shops, all within a 20-minute walk. The North Cornwall coast path runs just behind the property. A fantastic get-away location.

Bude, a consistent winner of the ‘Best UK Seaside Town’ in the British Travel Awards with its famous cricket ground, sea pool and challenging golf course, is a vibrant and bustling town with many great beaches, cafés, restaurants, bars and shops.

- **Sitting Room:** Enjoying a spectacular view out across the ocean. Fully equipped with TV with FreeSat and good WiFi.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV in sitting room with Sonos music system in the bar and dining area.
- **Games Room:** No games room, however board games are available in the TV room, plus extensive grounds for ball games, including a 5 a side football pitch.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Modern adjustable electric heaters throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** 15 bedrooms including family rooms, double, twin, bunk and single bedrooms. Many are en suite most enjoy sea views.
- **Linen:** Supplied.
- **Bathrooms:** In addition to the en suite rooms there are plenty of toilets and shower rooms.
- **Children's Facilities:** Large lawned areas 10 acres of grounds and a 5-a-side football pitch.
- **Outdoor:** Covered barbecue area, plenty of outdoor seating on lawns and seated cliff top fire pit.
- **Swimming Pool:** None. Private access to Wanson Beach, Widemouth Bay beach within 15 minutes walk - Famous Bude sea pool.
- **Parking:** Ample parking for up to 20 cars.
- **Smoking:** Outside only.
