## About The Property

Two woodland Glamping Villages each sleeping up to 60 people based in the heart of a woodland activity centre near Ludlow. Stunning sun set views towards the Welsh mountains, camp fire, barbecue and a fantastic range of adventurous activities all on one site.

Complete exclusivity for your group. That's right you get the whole village to yourselves as long as you have a min of 12 people.

We specialise in group Glamping for between 10 and 100 people, including groups of family and friends, family reunions, school residential trips, stag and hen weekends, rugby and other sports tours, significant birthday parties, and anniversaries. All groups have exclusive use of the Glamping Villages and so you can really make yourselves at home. Many groups bring along themed decorations and fancy dress - one of our favourites was an "I'm a Hen get me out of here" theme.

Each village has its own facilities, covered dining area and kitchen, cooking facilities, fire circle, and indoor Barbecue Hut. Accommodation is in wooden pods sleeping between 4 and 8. Pods have electric lights and heaters for the colder months.

At the heart of each Glamping Village is a covered dining and social area. We provide all utensils, crockery, and cooking equipment, together with gas oven, fridges, microwave, kettle, toaster, and barbecues.

Each Glamping Village has a Scandinavian-style barbecue hut where groups may enjoy a barbecue whatever the British weather brings us.

The seated fire circle, overlooking the sun setting over the Welsh mountains, is where groups congregate at the end of each day.

Each village has hot showers and toilets.

Bookings at our Glamping Villages can be combined with a range of outdoor activities, all on-site - quad bike trekking, escape room, paintball, high rope adventures, climbing, rafting, clay pigeon shooting, target shooting, low rope assault course, and more.

We are a short drive from the medieval town of Ludlow with its amazing castle and food and drink festivals. Great walking right on your doorstep including the Mortimer Trail.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Pets cannot be accommodated.
- **Accessibility:** The site is not particularly suitable for disabled guests, although we will always try to accommodate so please contact us.
- **WiFi:** Mobile reception is limited, some networks are stronger than others - enjoy the peace!
- **Kitchen:** We provide everything you need for self catering: barbecue, electric hot plates, all utensils and crockery. Barbecue hut and fire circle. Pizza oven
- **Dining Room:** Covered dining area with seating on wooden benches. Fire circle and Indoor Barbecue Hut.
- **Sitting Room:** Lounge in the dining area to watch the sun setting, or by the fire circle...
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There is no TV.
- **Games Room:** Hoopla, football etc all available at camp area.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Our fire circle overlooks the sunset and has permanent seating so your group can relax together after a full day of activities.
- **Bedrooms:** Accommodation is wooden pods each sleeping up to 8 on 4 bunk beds, some pods have 4 single beds.
- **Linen:** You need to provide your own sleeping bags, pillows, duvets, and blankets. We provide a sheet for each bed.
- **Bathrooms:** Heated showers, toilets.
- **Children's Facilities:** Range of fantastic outdoor activities suitable from 7 upwards. Zip wire, monkey climbing, paintball, high rope adventure, quad bikes, rafting & more.
- **Outdoor:** All on-site - paintball, rafting, quad trekking, high ropes adrenalin, clay pigeon & laser clays, low ropes assault course, target shooting.
- **Swimming Pool:** Swimming pool in both Ludlow and Leominster, 10 mins drive away. Private pool for hire at nearby school - 5 minutes drive away.
- **Parking:** Free parking on site.
- **Smoking:** Around camp fire only please.
