Once the home to Tenby’s Harbourmaster, this newly renovated property provides top notch contemporary accommodation and is perfect for a group getaway whilst providing all the facilities you could need to have a relaxing get-together with friends or family.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable destination to escape to, whether it be for a family holiday, a birthday celebration or to bring in the New Year, then you’ve found the right place! Within easy reach of all of the stunning Tenby beaches and local attractions as well as boat trips to Caldey Island basically from the front door, or stroll into the town within minutes and see the impressively preserved 13th century Medieval Town Wall and a range of independent shops and cafes. Not that the youngsters are likely to tire of glorious days on the beach, but there are plenty of other family friendly places to visit within a short drive of Tenby too, including Heatherton, Oakwood and Carew Castle.

It's all about the ocean backdrop at Ocean House seen through large picture windows or from the balcony. Open plan living has created a lovely light and airy space for socialising and being together. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for self catering. Eat in the dining area or outside on a warmer evening. The adults might like to escape to the lounge for coffee after dinner while the youngsters are likely to head for the basement cinema room.

Bedrooms are configured to suit everyone who is part of a multi generational or mixed group. There are superkings that can be set up as zip and links as well as 2 family rooms with beds for 4. All benefit from marble shower room en suites with contemporary fixtures and fittings.

- **Heating and Open Fires:** The property is centrally heated with underfloor heating.
- **Bedrooms:** 5 bedrooms: 2 family rooms with 2 superking zip and link and singles, 2 king rooms and 1 with 2 singles zip and link. All en suite.
- **Linen:** Good quality bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 5 marble shower rooms, all en suite and with mini toiletries.
- **Children's Facilities:** A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
- **Outdoor:** Terrace and balcony with dining facilities and beautiful views over Tenby Harbour.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool, but there are 3 beaches to choose from in Tenby itself - on the doorstep.
- **Parking:** Space for one car on cobbles outside kitchen window and we have a yearly pass for North Beach Car Park, five minutes' walk from the property.
- **Smoking:** No smoking inside the property please.

- Check-in after 3pm, check out by 10am. Speak to Owner for early/late check in/out. Bookings can be made over the phone or online via the website. A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance due 8 weeks before. £500 refundable security deposit required.
