The Old Granary is a beautiful converted barn located in the countryside, 5 miles from Bath and 2 miles from Bradford on Avon with walking and cycling from your doorstep. It sleeps up to 12 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Church Farm Country Cottages (3/4 mile away) also sleep up to 22 in four 4-person cottages and three 2-person cottages with indoor heated swimming pool/games room (with table tennis, table football and a pool table)/fully equipped laundry room on site.

The Old Granary features a well equipped country kitchen with an oil-fired Aga and electric cooker, dishwasher and an American style fridge freezer with ice maker and iced water dispenser. The comfortable lounge, with large Smart TV, has a wood burning stove. The dining hall seats all residents around a large oak table by large barn window. Free WiFi available.

Two king-size bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom) and two triple bedrooms are upstairs, and a twin bedroom downstairs. There is a shared bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower above, WC and handbasin. There is also a downstairs shower, WC and handbasin.

The Old Granary has exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with original features. There is a large private garden with parking available. The house is set in a peaceful countryside location with walking and cycling from your doorstep.

This property is ideal for special occasions such as get togethers with groups of friends or families, and hen parties are welcome. A wealth of attractions can be found in the area such as the Bath Thermae Spa, Longleat and the World Heritage City of Bath.

Available all year round for either weekly or short break lets. Visit website for availability and online bookings. Weekend breaks for 2 or 3 nights. Midweek breaks Monday - Friday for 2, 3 or 4 nights.

- **Linen:** Crisp white 100% cotton linen provided and beds made up for your arrival with duvets. No feathers are used in the bedding.
- **Bathrooms:** 3 bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and handbasin. En suite bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and handbasin. Downstairs shower room.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cots, high chairs and stair gates available by request.
- **Outdoor:** Large landscaped private garden. Garden furniture on patio to seat all residents and gas barbecue (by request).
