At the centre of the house is a large kitchen, breakfast and sitting room with vaulted skylight, creating a natural social hub for group meals and gatherings. Additional dining, family and games rooms provide further space for socialising and relaxing. The property includes a heated outdoor swimming pool (available from 1 April to 1 October), hot tub and games room, creating a strong leisure offering for group stays. A separate self contained pool house provides additional accommodation and living space, offering extra flexibility and privacy for mixed groups. The landscaped gardens include lawns, terraces, a pond and waterfall, creating peaceful outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing. An additional private cabin is available to book separately, sleeping up to six extra guests. Located in Loose village, Old Lakenham offers access to local pubs, village amenities and countryside walks.
