## About The Property

Full weeks only in high season (mid July to beginning September), Saturday changeover.

This lovely Devon properties is perfect for friends and multi generational family gatherings. Within walking distance from 3 sandy beaches on the National Trust Path, a pub and a restaurant at Hope Cove, the location couldn't be better. The pretty harbour town of Salcombe is only 10 minutes away, with little streets packed with art galleries, independent shops and eateries. South Devon is also a water sport enthusiast's paradise with countless opportunities for kayaking, surfing, sailing or paddle boarding, or try walking and cycling in Dartmoor National Park, 30 minutes away.

A holiday at The Old Parsonage near Salcombe is a great idea at any time of year. The house provides fantastic accommodation and choice for extended families and, for anyone less mobile, the ground floor en suite at the house is a definite bonus. The games room at The Old Parsonage is popular with guests who fancy a competitive game of pool or simply another space to sit back and unwind.

The kitchen is very well equipped and ideal for preparing meals to enjoy in the dining room or al fresco on the patio. The lounge is exceptionally comfortable with lots of squishy sofas next to a feature inglenook fireplace and large TV, with French doors to the garden. The pretty sun deck with loungers is perfect for soaking up the sun by day or relaxing with a glass of wine on a balmy evening while the children let off steam on the lawn below.

Accommodation is a handy mix of kings, doubles, twins and bunks so that everyone in the group will be catered for. Each bedroom is furnished to a good standard and two have en suite facilities. There are plenty of spacious bathrooms.
