Oldfield House is a family property that is maintained to a high standard with modern fittings, sitting among large mature gardens. The house sleeps up to 15 adults in 6 bedrooms. There are spacious living areas with a separate dining room and conservatory. The dining room table seats up to 16 adults and the conservatory tables seats up to 12 adults. The two tables cannot be moved to be joined but are in separate rooms which open onto the central sitting room.
Additional guests can be accommodated in the cottage conveniently next door - an ideal option for multi generational family groups where some members of the group require extra privacy, and also for larger midweek business groups who can spread out over the 2 houses and use the extra social areas in the cottage for breakout meetings. Hen groups are subject to a 15 person single property maximum.
Additional local activities and in-house services can be supplied.
The property enjoys a village setting, with a traditional pub a short walk away. The harbour and wonderful beaches are also very close by, with Goodwood and Chichester both a short drive away. Easy access from London makes Oldfield House an ideal choice for a seaside weekend break with friends or a holiday with extended family.

Please note that the house is situated in a quiet rural village with neighbours close by and therefore is not suitable for occasions which may generate outdoor noise at night time.
The landlord maintains full time access to the detached double garage / annex next to the house and the outdoor space immediately behind it. The house and garden is exclusively available for the booking party.
