This space can be used as one or separated, making it ideal for large meetings or for smaller breakout group discussions. There is also a separate sofa’d area in the loft conversion for further break out space. The dining room seats 16 for more formal meetings or for dinner and the conservatory 12 on chairs around large tables. The sitting room comprises more informal seating. Further space is available in the kitchen and sitting room of the cottage next door too. The large garden and lawn are available for outdoor activities. There are two separate outdoor seating areas, one for up to 20 and the other for 12 – again perfect for groups to split off, in a more relaxed environment. Time out can be taken at the nearby pub or on any of the footpaths around the harbour. Local sporting facilities such as kayaking and boat trips are available on the door step. The house sleeps up to 15 adults across 13 beds in 6 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The cottage next door sleeps up to 8 adults across 7 beds in 4 bedrooms. A comprehensive electronic guide will be supplied detailing local activities, restaurants, caterers and additional services. Fibre To The Premises broadband is installed into both properties. Larger rooms can be rented at the local sailing club and the village hall, both within walking distance of the houses. Additional smaller one and two bed annexe style accommodation units are available from our immediate neighbours.
