Located on the west coast of Scotland near the Kyles of Bute, the Ormidale Estate is an excellent choice for business events, used for senior staff getaways by big names including Tesco, Coca Cola, Microsoft, KPMG, Vodafone, Santander, Sainsbury’s, The Loch Fyne Oyster Group, and Morris & Spottiswood.

Your delegates can enjoy sole use of the entire estate, spread across 4 houses, with multiple function and breakout rooms – creating an atmosphere conducive to a successful team building event, meetings or client entertainment. Up to 30 guests can be accommodated on site with single room occupancy.

Across the 4 properties there are 12 separate reception rooms available for breakout spaces for different sized groups. The biggest two function rooms will each comfortably accommodate a group of 60, perfect for executive meetings, networking and product launches.

A variety of different activities can be organised on site for your guests, and the extensive grounds are ideal for a range of team building activities. There are catering options available too.

For relaxation at the end of the working day, there are 4 x 7 person hot tubs available across the site, and use of an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Ormidale House has a games room and there is a games cottage on site too, which provided billiards, pool and table tennis. A wide choice of water sports and outdoor activity centres are available nearby for team days out, and we can arrange fishing, stalking and shooting if required. The area offers wonderful walking and cycling opportunities.

- **Hot Tub:** 7 person hot tub for the house. Sauna in the house.
- **WiFi:** Mobile reception good for most networks, phone line available. Open access broadband WiFi provided.
- **Accessibility:** Entrance to the main house is step free and ground floor is stair free.
- **Dog Friendly:** Up to 4 dogs welcome by arrangement. Downstairs only. No charge.
- **Games Room:** Full size billiard room in Ormidale House, with air hockey, darts, table football. Separate Games Cottage with pool table and table tennis table.
- **Kitchen:** Fully equipped kitchen with 4 oven Aga and separate oven & hob. 2 US style fridge-freezers. Catering available if required from £10 to £55 per head.
- **Dining Room:** Seats 24. Elegant and impressive room for more formal dining. Breakfast room with 2 booth style seating areas for 16.
- **Sitting Room:** Drawing room with open fire, sofas and baby grand piano. Plus separate snug/TV room. Separate playroom / TV room as well.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Sky TV in 2 rooms, and music facilities including record player, and baby grand piano.
- **Tennis Court:** Hard tennis court, shared with other estate houses.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Full central heating and 2 open fires.
- **Bedrooms:** A mix of kingsize and twins, lots of zip-link beds for flexibility, and family / bunk rooms. 13 bedrooms. 22 adults plus 14 kids, or 26 adults max.
- **Linen:** All linen and towels provided. Fabulous quality Egyptian cotton. Goose feather and down duvets and pillows. Hypo-allergenic alternatives offered.
- **Bathrooms:** Baths all luxurious double ended Jacuzzi style in Ormidale House. Mixture of baths, showers and toilets. Most have either an en suite or hand basin.
- **Children's Facilities:** Games room. Outdoors: shared trampoline, outdoor children's play area, free bikes, football pitch, tennis court.
- **Outdoor:** Terrace with hot tub, private gardens and barbecue areas. Also access to shared tennis court. 22 acre estate.
- **Parking:** Ample parking on site.
- **Smoking:** No smoking please.
