This modern city centre holiday house in Salisbury with cathedral views is a prime location for friends or families to get together for a holiday or weekend break. The extensive gardens are the ideal setting for a relaxing time, enjoying the hot tub, the quirky barbecue lodge or just relaxing under the all weather heated seating area. For the youngsters the trampoline and climbing frame are sure to appeal and there is plenty of space and interesting corners for a game of hide and seek The beautifully designed curved sun lounge is the ultimate feel good space by day and by night next to a feature fireplace.

There are many attractions to explore in the medieval city of Salisbury including its early English Gothic cathedral with 123 metre spire or Salisbury's Treasure Trail around points of interest and hidden gems. The regular Charter Market held on a Tuesday and a Saturday is worth a look, especially the themed days that include Vintage, Continental and even Teenage Markets! Just a short drive away is Old Sarum, an Iron Age Hill Fort, and the Prehistoric monument at Stonehenge. Salisbury has its fair share of green spaces, walks and cycling routes as well as an array of independent pavement cafes and restaurants. And if you fancy a day at the beach, the Solent Way and Bournemouth Beach can be reached in 50 minutes.

Osmund is well set up for large groups with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Preparing food yourself is easy but for a special occasion why not ask the owners about hiring in a private chef. There are plenty of places to sit back and relax including a spacious lounge with fire and of course that gorgeous sun room.

2 ground floor bedrooms, with Jack and Jill wet room, are particularly handy for multi generational family groups or those less mobile. The configuration of superkings, family rooms, bunks and a twin using zip and links gives flexibility for different group types. All bedrooms are individually designed with stylish soft furnishings and en suite facilities. Nearly all are shower rooms but the master bedroom has the luxury of a roll top bath.

## Booking Information

- Bedroom annexe that sleeps 2 is charged at 10% house rental rate. £500 refundable security deposit is required. A 4 seater hot tub can be hired for £325 a weekend or £400 a week. Dogs are charged at £40. Logs charged at £7.50 a bag. Barbecue Lodge £150 weekend, £200 week. Friday/Monday changeover.
