## About The Property

The Oxney Organic Estate offers a private venue for business get-togethers. Accommodation for 14 on two sites (total of 28) in 14 bedrooms. Vineyard tour and tasting, and conference room available.

What’s better than having a business meeting in a vineyard. Oxney has a beautiful conference room in the winery building which can seat up to 30 delegates. Day time catering provided (morning and afternoon coffee/tea, lunch) and evening catering can be organised through recommended caterers.

For a break-out we can organise a private tour around the vineyard and winery followed by a tasting. We can also recommend other activities in the area – from sea and shore to countryside.

At the vineyard (Hobbs Lane, Beckley, Rye, TN31 6TU) a farm cottage plus two shepherd’s huts are available for accommodation (five double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms in total).

At the other end of the Estate (15 minutes by car – Lower Road, Stone Cum Ebony TN30 7JH) is another four double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms in three converted farm buildings.

Support is available to make your meeting run smoothly – WiFi, flip chart, screen, access to printer. Additional presentation tools can be organised.

- **Dog Friendly:** We up two well behaved dogs at the Oxney Barns and Vineyard House and one dog in each the nearby Shepherd's Huts.
- **Accessibility:** Long Barn and Little Barn are ground floor accommodation but have no ramps.

- **Kitchen:** Fully equipped modern kitchen in each barn.
- **Dining Room:** At the Oxney Barns get together in The Old Barn for group dining. Or hire the Winery Room (up to 28).
- **Sitting Room:** Cosy sofas around wood burning stove.

- **Games Room:** The Oxney Barns have a dedicated games room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Our biomass heating keeps everyone very snug. In addition, there are three wood burning stoves.

- **Linen:** Linen and towels provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 6 bathrooms in total.
- **Children's Facilities:** Two high chairs and one travel cot (by arrangement). Stair gates in Old Barn.
- **Outdoor:** Tennis court at Oxney Barns. And of course visit our Vineyard!
- **Parking:** The Oxney Barns: Space for 6 cars (more available on request).
- **Smoking:** Smoking free properties.
