The open-plan layout downstairs provides a laid-back social space, with a modern kitchen featuring a cosy sofa area, Smart TV, and log-burning stove. Adjacent is a snug with a second stove and a large L-shaped sofa—perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings by the fire. The spacious dining room seats up to 8 and overlooks the garden and countryside, making it ideal for family meals or game nights. The cottage boasts four stylish bedrooms set across two floors, each offering zip-and-link beds for versatile sleeping arrangements. On the second floor, the master bedroom spans the length of the house, featuring a dressing area, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a ceiling window for stargazing. Note that the stairs to this room are not enclosed.

On the first floor, the largest bedroom has an en-suite shower room and dressing area. Two additional bedrooms share a house bathroom with a rainfall shower and a freestanding bath—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Each bedroom combines bold fabrics, dark tones, and stunning countryside views.

Outside, Paddock View features an enclosed garden at the front and rear, offering privacy and picturesque views of rolling hills and fields. The garden is ideal for al fresco dining, with a BBQ, gas Ooni pizza oven, and outdoor seating. A lockable garage provides secure storage for bikes, ideal for cyclists. 

For entertainment, a first-floor games room includes table football and a games console, entertaining guests of all ages. The cottage’s central location in Osmotherley allows easy access to local shops, cafes, and scenic walking or cycling routes. It’s a great base for exploring the North York Moors and Yorkshire Coast.
