With no neighbours nearby, the party can go on all night, making this a great venue for groups of friends and family celebrations. We are also happy to accommodate yoga retreats, biking groups (there are miles of the best mountain bike tracks in Wales on the doorstep) and scouts, and every group type in between, as well as school or corporate groups looking for a base for team building activities. The location is majestic, high up in the hills among grazing sheep and eagles flying above, but just eight miles from the university and beach town of Aberystwyth.  Everything about this bunkhouse is set up for a very large group. The catering kitchen has 2 large fridges, 6 freezers and 10 prep tables, a 6 ring gas range cooker and a large pantry - all you need for catering. The dining room has 11 tables with new chairs to sit 87 people. The TV lounge has chill-out couches, a bar table and barstools. Additionally, there is a large games room, with a brand new table tennis table and full size air hockey table. Starlink WiFi for your devices and the TV in the lounge. The building is on 2 floors, both with level ramp access. There are 3 wheelchair accessible disabled toilet and shower rooms, spread across both floors. Surrounded by huge well maintained lawns with several picnic tables to watch the sunset, chill or play games on. The bedrooms are a mix of dorms with single beds and bunks, varying between sleeping 4 and 10, and there are also twin and triple rooms. 4 further WC and shower rooms. Access is through the village of Penrhyn and up into the hills via a single track road - but still accessible even for large coaches. There is parking for several coaches or 15 cars. Please note, this is not a hotel, standards are functional and clean but very basic. There are a few large pots and pans and school style dishes for 100 covers. No utensils. Bedding and towels can be supplied and beds prepared at an extra cost. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Small dogs welcome with £100 deposit per dog. Dogs must remain in one of the conservatories. Absolutely no access the carpeted area. - **Accessibility:** Wheelchair accessible shower and WC rooms. Ramp access to both floors. - **Hot Tub:** Catering options are available by prior arrangement. - **WiFi:** We have Starlink satellite internet and WiFi. - **Bedrooms:** Sleeps up to 82 in 20 bedrooms. Mostly bunk bed rooms, sleeping 10, 8, 6 (x4), 4 (x10).
