Situated on an award winning working farm, Park Cottage is surrounded by scenic walks in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a magnet for keen hikers looking to explore this lovely part of the Lincolnshire Wolds. This house has a focus on sustainability, with solar panels and underfloor heating throughout ensuring it's cosy all year round. The kitchen is very well equipped and perfect for cooking together. Meals can be enjoyed at the long dining table next to the kitchen or through the sliding door onto the terrace where there is plenty of space for alfresco dining. The lounge area has comfortable leather sofas for relaxing and catching up with friends and family, and a large TV for enjoying a film together. The games room has a pool table for group fun, and the youngsters in the group can retreat there for gaming on a Playstation 5 or streaming favourite shows on the Smart TV away from the grown ups. Facilities outside the property have been well thought out. Chill out in the hot tub on the patio, make use of the pizza oven or prepare a barbecue while the children enjoy the outdoor space. The outdoor table tennis is a great opportunity for all ages to have fun over a friendly competition. Bedrooms are indulgent spaces, beautifully decorated with stylish soft furnishings and configured as kings and with one triple for the children. All have en suite facilities including showers, toilets and Bluetooth mirrors. The master suite has a feature freestanding bath as well. Louth is a Georgian town with markets 3 times a week and lots of cafes and bars to sample while visiting. The Lincolnshire coastal path and Skegness can be reached in 30 minutes for family friendly sandy beaches and amusements. Or head to Grimsby for a fish and chip supper.
