Located on a 1200 acre North Norfolk country estate comprising parkland and woodland, Park Cottage is a single storey luxury holiday house set within large gardens and grounds. For multi generational families meeting up for a holiday, or friends gathering for a reunion, the location is perfect - a rural idyll just a few minutes away from the North Norfolk coast and fantastic beaches. And there's an on-site shared indoor heated pool at Sedgeford Hall with allocated daily slots for guests staying in Park Cottage too. There's a pub within walking distance, ideal for eating out or a drink before supper.

Just across the lawn from Sedgeford Hall yet entirely self contained, Park Cottage has stunning period features including arched windows and an open fireplace in the living room. A glazed atrium rooflight above the long dining table allows the light to flood in and the sun room looks out onto glorious gardens, perfect for morning coffee and afternoon tea. The handmade kitchen is a great family space with a large range cooker, dishwasher and a circular table for less formal meals. Relax in the elegant drawing room after dinner, or peruse the library shelves and curl up for a moment's peace with a book

If the sun shines there are outside seating areas to enjoy being together, and for al fresco meals.

Bedrooms sleeping a total of 12 guests are all individually designed, beautiful spaces configured as a super king, twin, king, double and a family room, working well for a mixed age group. Facilities are plentiful with en suites and shared bathrooms.

Park Cottage is perfectly situated for a day at the seaside with gems nearby including Hunstanton, Holkham and Brancaster - take your buckets and spades, or enjoy a range of water sports opportunities. A trip around pretty Norfolk villages offers charming country pubs, with fabulous countryside to discover on foot. Lots of stunning country houses and family attractions in Norfolk too.

Extra on site accommodation for up to 30 in Sedgeford Hall - with The Main Hall sleeping 15, and The West Wing sleeping 15.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance due a month before arrival.

Changeover days Fridays and Mondays. Check in from 3pm, check out by 10am.

Private access to the swimming pool for the cottage will be arranged.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed at the cottage.
