## About The Property

The main house at Park Court Barn sleeps 18 in 8 bedrooms, and there's a separate annex for up to 4 - making this the perfect arrangement for a multi generational family where certain members of the group may enjoy some quiet space away from the crowd. And your dogs are welcome too.

The barn is bright and inviting, with large spaces for bringing everyone together and opportunities for spreading out too. The library dining room can seat everyone for dinner and has a speaker system for getting a party vibe going. The cinema room has a huge TV, a great place to wach a film together, or somewhere for the younger generation to enjoy their own space. And there's a cosy adult lounge too. And 3 snugs offer extra sofa beds should your numbers be a little larger, or for those unable to do stairs - the doors are quite wide, there's an accessible wet room and there are no steps on the ground floor, so wheelchair users can also comfortably stay with us, but please do enquire.

Outside is a secure courtyard for barbecues, drinks and relaxing - with a hammock and bench seating. There's plenty of parking and an electric charge point on site too.

Park Court Barn has an enviable setting very close to the Pembrokeshire coast (less than 0.5 miles), with the local beach offering car parking and wheelchair access. Pembrokeshire has a total of 10 Blue Flag beaches, and the Coastal Path provides spectacular walks. St Davids has a beautiful cathedral, a wealth of independent shops and some great restaurants.



If outdoor pursuits are your thing, you will be spoilt for choice with local activity providers offer coasteering and kayak tours (there is surf gear here which you can borrow), or there are boat trips to nearby islands for seal and wildlife spotting.
