The large kitchen, located on the lower ground floor, is fully equipped for group catering and features a traditional Aga. It also has access to a generously sized garden, a quiet spot for morning coffee or relaxed evening drinks, and a rare find in central Bath.

On the ground floor, the formal dining room offers space for up to 12 guests and features a piano for those who wish to add music to their gatherings. The bright and airy living room, found on the first floor, provides a calm retreat after a day of sightseeing.
