This coastal retreat is the perfect holiday house set above Polzeath's golden sands with terrific views of the sea. Parker's Place has been designed to maximise its exceptional setting, with wonderful inside and outside living. The house is perfect for a multi generational family gathering, a holiday with friends, or for celebrating a special occasion, and is also a fantastic base for keen walkers planning to explore the South West Coastal Path. A spacious and light filled open plan living area on the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and comfy lounge area with cosy wood burner. Enormous floor to ceiling windows and patio doors open up on to the sun deck and balconies, a wonderful spot for a leisurely breakfast, al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the Cornish sunshine. The lower ground floor TV room is an alternative space for youngsters wanting some time away from the rest of the group. The decor in the 6 en suite stylish bedrooms creates a seaside holiday feel, subtle tones with splashes of blue for a calming environment. The master bedroom is extra special, with access to 2 private balconies, an en suite, dressing room and TV. 2 other super king bedrooms have balcony access and there is a quad room for a family of 4. The large deck has been designed to extend the luxury living outside, somewhere to enjoy a sundowner with views over Polzeath Bay or to soak up the sun on the loungers during the day. It's also an inspirational space for some yoga or Pilates to kickstart the day. The large shared garden with picnic benches and lawn is a great space for a game of football and for the children to release energy. The beach is minutes away, accessed via a private path directly from Parker's Place, ideal for exercising the dog before 10am and after 6pm in season. Polzeath is renowned for great surfing, and is attended by lifeguards so the ideal stretch for a swim. The village has a range of cafes, restaurants and bars for lunch or dinner.
