Parsons Pleck is a great choice for a small business group wanting to get away from the office, when just being in a different environment allows the team to feel appreciated and be more productive. The M50 and M5 are nearby for easy access from different parts of the Midlands.

In this lovely open plan ground floor house there are several spaces available to business groups – for full board meetings at the dining table and breakaway discussions in the lounge, garden room library or TV snug. The games room can be cleared for a team building activity area by day and put back for fun of an evening. If the weather is kind, there are more opportunities outside on the wrap around deck and in the enclosed garden, perhaps for a different challenge such as axe throwing or archery.

The kitchen is well set up for self catering but options are available for a fully catered experience. Sitting down together at the dinner table allows discussions to continue and flow beyond the working day. Parsons Pleck also has fantastic facilities for free time including a heated outdoor pool and a sauna pod for relaxing. Spend evenings sitting back on the deck sofas with a cold beer enjoying the dark skies and rural backdrop.

Bedrooms can be configured as kings or twins which works well for a mixed group. They are cool and pleasant spaces with stylish decor and attractive soft furnishings. Bathroom facilities are plentiful. Parsons Pleck is also wheelchair accessible. On site activities can be arranged using outside providers, or why not take your team for a clay pigeon shooting day or water sports adventure further afield. The Cotswolds is within 30 minutes, where it’s all about pretty little villages and country pubs for a treat after a day of hard work. Head to the Malvern Hills for more ambitious hiking and cycling trails or, for something easier, stroll to The Swan Inn nearby for a pint before supper.

- Deposit required to secure booking, balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am, Fridays or Mondays – no weekend check ins. 5 night minimum stay in high season. Self check in with lock box. No smoking. No parties or events please. Dogs are allowed for £50 a stay.
