The architects designing the newly built Pasture House and renovated Stables certainly have ticked all the boxes for group holidays and weekends away. Friends and family will love these stylish holiday houses near Driffield, with both offering a blend of traditional and contemporary for absolute luxury and comfort. From the impressive entrance hallway in Pasture House, through to the fabulous open plan living spaces and spacious bedrooms in both properties, guests are guaranteed an indulgent experience on this working Yorkshire farm complex. Not to mention the 3 hot tubs and log burners.

Attention to detail has resulted in classy bespoke kitchens with high quality appliances and equipment. The long sun room dining table in Pasture House is ideal for all 16 guests to eat together, cosying up to the wood stove shared with the kitchen. The Stables has retained its original beams to create a vaulted ceiling maximising light and space in the kitchen diner with a full length window and French doors to the rear. Lounges have elegant Chesterfield sofas, Smart TVs and log burners, snug spots to round off an evening with a favourite film and lots of chatting.

On warmer days or evenings, fire up the barbecues or pizza ovens and enjoy al fresco dining. Chill out in the hot tubs and enjoy a glass of bubbles while enjoying the pretty countryside views and big Yorkshire skies.

The Stables as a separate cottage would work particularly well for multi generation families where perhaps the grandparents want a little privacy and peace. All on the ground floor, The Stables is also ideal for anyone less mobile. All bedrooms are individually designed, spacious and colourful with exquisite soft furnishings. En suites provide a combination of showers and superb freestanding baths.

Brandesburton is worth a visit to a local pub or café. For more hustle and bustle, drive to Beverley and sample a range of eateries and historic buildings. If you fancy blowing away the cobwebs, head to Fraisthorpe sandy beach, just 10 minutes away.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TV in lounge area. TV in Willow bedroom. TVs in both of The Stables bedrooms.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Both heated via a ground source heat pump with the GF having underfloor heating throughout. Both have secondary heating in the form of log burners.
- **Bedrooms:** Pasture House: 6 superking or twin zip/link. All en suite. 1 ground floor (GF) bedroom.
Stables: 2 superking or twin zip/link. Both en suite on GF.
- **Linen:** 300 thread count luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and luxury cotton towels are provided. Robes and slippers are provided for use in the cottages.
- **Bathrooms:** 8 en suites across both properties. All have showers and 4 have baths, 2 of which are free standing. There is a cloakroom in Pasture House also.
- **Children's Facilities:** Pasture House has 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The Stables has 1 cot and 1 high chair. Please bring your own cot linen.
- **Outdoor:** Pasture House has 2 hot tubs for 12. Stables has 1 hot tub for 4. Outside seating, patios and gardens with lawns. Both have pizza ovens and barbecues.

- Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am. Summer check in and check out 30 minutes later. Changeover days are Monday and Friday. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. Refundable security deposit is £300 for Pasture House and £150 for The Stables.
