Welcome to Pear Tree Farm Guest House, set in the picturesque village of Lea, Dethick and Holloway in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. Situated with an idyllic south-facing aspect and views over the historic Lea Valley (on the cusp of the UNESCO Derwent Valley World Heritage Site), guests can enjoy a wonderful break in a charming part of rural England.
We offer classic self catering accommodation in our traditionally-built and characterful guest house. Our 9 en-suite bedrooms can sleep up to 22 (4 doubles, 3 twins and 2 family rooms). Three extra 'put up' beds are available for children on request. Two are located on the ground floor and are suitable for wheelchair access with wet rooms. Our rooms are arranged as:

Our spacious guest lounge has a lovely wood burning stove, large TV and DVD player and is the perfect place to relax. There is a range of books made available to guests for the duration of their stay. Outdoors, we have a patio area with tables and chairs, a fire pit (wood provided) and barbecue facilities.
From Pear Tree Farm Guest House it is a 15 min walk to the local pub/restaurant in Lea village. Lots of walks door to door including walking over the River Derwent to Cromford Canal and the High Peak Trail. Cromford and Matlock Bath are only a 10 minute drive away. The local landscape is steeped in history with picturesque countryside as well as stately homes (including Chatsworth and Haddon Hall), museums and art galleries all a short drive away. Our rural location means that we have nature on our doorstep as foxes, badgers, kingfishers and water voles have all made their home around Pear Tree Farm.
