Pekes Cottages are set in 30 acres of lovely gardens & parkland, & include a rota-basis shared indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis court & Play area. They are perfect for family and friend groups and can be booked individually or together for larger get-togethers and celebrations. They each offer you your own private space to relax in.

The elegant single-storey Edwardian Wing, with private garden, sleeps up to 6 and is ideal for a family. The rooms interconnect and include a lovely double bedroom, a double sofa bed and 2 single beds at one end of the huge living room if needed. The living/TV room is centred around the attractive fireplace with a wood-burning stove and leads into the L-shaped dining are with bay windows. Free fast Wi-Fi. Brick BBQ and Fire bowl. Pets welcome.

The Oast House is an old picturesque double-tower 2-storey oast with a very large garden which sleeps up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms + a double sofa bed . It has a large round sitting/TV room, Dining room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room, 2 extra WCs. Free fast Wi-Fi. Brick BBQ and Fire bowl. Pets welcome.

Tudor View is a spacious and well-furnished single-storey cottage suitable for up to 6 people. The sitting room has an open fire, comfortable chairs and exceptional views. The kitchen has fitted units and a light oak table seating 6+. There are a double bedroom and a twin, plus a double sofa bed & a Z-bed for extra guests. Free WiFi. BBQ and Fire bowl.

It features lovely gardens, a large Park, beautiful unspoilt views, direct access to public fottpaths, and is within sight of the South Downs. 3/4 mile off the A22, 50 miles from London, 16 from Brighton, 10 from Eastbourne and the sea, 9 from historic Lewes. 50 minutes drive from Gatwick airport and about 1 1/4 hours from London Victoria by train.

There are wonderful areas to explore by foot, cycle or car, from the beautiful South Downs National Park, the 7 Sisters, the fantastic South Downs Way and the sea, many inland paths including the charming and flat Bluebell Line, the historic Wealden landscapes, great country houses and parks.
