The house is at the centre of the private secluded estate in open countryside up a long drive. It is surrounded by peaceful gardens and parkland. There are 9 bedrooms, large atmospheric kitchen and kitchen annexe, 3 bathrooms (2 with bath, WC and basin, + 1 with shower, WC and basin + a disabled downstairs WC), a very large oak paneled Dining Room and sitting room. All fresh linen, towels, cleaning necessities, starter supplies, power, heating & cleaning are included. Free full-fibre Wi-Fi, TV with DVD player, CD Music centre and wireless/Bluetooth speaker docking station On the Ground floor the entrance porch is approached up an old brick path guarded by sentinel yews, leading into the ancient Oak paneled Hall (12’ x 16’). Leading off is the disabled Oak panelled cloakroom with WC and basin. The large Oak paneled dining room (24’x16’) with a beamed ceiling and parquet floor, has large dining table which can seat up to 18 or 26 with extensions. There is an open wood-burning Fireplace with armchairs arranged around it. Living/TV room (14’x24’) with polished parquet floor, oak beams, piano and colour TV. N.B.
