This lovely holiday house, 5-star gold Rated near Symonds Yat is a great option for multi generational families, friends and special occasions. Penblaith Barn has been designed with absolute luxury, sociability and accessibility in mind. Located in beautiful Herefordshire countryside and with uninterrupted views of the Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds, Penblaith Barn is perfect for getting away from it all with loved ones.

The layout of the barn is across 3 floors and the feeling of space is enhanced by a beautiful galleried hall and oak staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped and great for cooking together, although you might prefer to hire one of the recommended chefs. The dining room has plenty of seating for everyone and an electric log effect fire for maximum comfort, as well as a bar for pre or post dinner drinks. State of the art Cinema Room with tiered seating, surround sound, access to Netflix & Sky. Separate lounge with Smart TV and Xbox. The games room has table tennis, table football and pool table, somewhere for competitive youngsters, or indeed any age, to gather.

The patio that runs the length of the barn is a real triumph with al fresco dining on offer courtesy of a wood-fired pizza oven and gas barbecue (May to October). Chill out in the hydrotherapy hot tub with a cold beer or coffee while the kids have a game of footie on the lawn or see if the gang is up for a game of cricket or rounders. Your group certainly won't be short of things to do.

Bedrooms have been created for maximum indulgence with contemporary soft furnishings and large windows with stunning views. The ground floor twin with adjoining accessible wet room is worth considering for anyone less mobile. All bedrooms are en suite with a mix of modern baths and/or showers.

This is an area rich in visitor attractions with any number of activities on the doorstep, including lots of opportunities for hikers and bikers and river-based activities. The Forest of Dean and spectacular Symonds Yat are nearby, as well as a number of castles and gardens. Monmouth is a pretty town, worth a wander with independent shops and cafes to explore.

- **Bedrooms:** Across 3 floors.1 twin (ground floor), 2 king (1 has 2 extra beds when required), 1 superking, and 4 twin/superking zip-link bedrooms. All en-suite.
- **Linen:** Egyptian cotton quality bedding and each guest has two bathroom towels.
- **Bathrooms:** There is a mix of power showers, wet rooms, baths or roll top baths in each bedroom. Some en-suites have bath, shower and double sink!

- 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance due 10 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of £250 held on arrival. Changeover days are Friday and Monday.
