Perfect for bringing together a youth or school group for personal development and to access the wide range of outdoor activities in the area. On-site activities include a solar-heated swimming pool (Easter to September), tennis, badminton and volleyball courts, space for team games and a games room with snooker, air hockey, table football and table tennis. Adventure activities can be booked, on or off-site, with a recommended third-party provider for those adrenalin junkies in your party. One of the quiet corners of the property contains an atmospheric fire-pit area, which includes a brazier, gas barbecue (free gas provided), string lighting and seating for upwards of 20 people, all surrounded by a horseshoe of trees. This makes a great venue for late-night story-telling or sing-alongs. The remained of the 5 acres include an area for team games and 5-a-side.   Accommodation is mostly bunks with a leader room too. The dining room seats the whole group at one sitting and there are 2 sitting spaces for plenary and planning sessions. ## Additional Features - Leader Rooms - Presentation Aids - Outdoor Activities ## Facilities - **Hot Tub:** A 6-person hot tub is situated on a decked veranda close to the fire-pit and games room. - **WiFi:** WiFi is available in most of the house and much of the grounds. - **Swimming Pool:** The 28ft by 14ft swimming pool is solar heated and generally available from Easter to September each year. - **Games Room:** The games room has a pool and table tennis tables, alongside table football (50p) and air hockey. - **Tennis Court:** Within the large walled garden, there are tennis and volleyball courts. - **Outdoor:** 5 acres of grounds for team games or quiet reflection - **Kitchen:** There are two kitchens, one cooking/food preparation and a second for wash-up and storage. - **Sitting Room:** 2 separate rooms allowing your group to spread out. The smaller sitting room also has an interactive whiteboard for teaching/training. - **Heating and Open Fires:** The house is centrally heated and the main lounge has an efficient wood-burning stove. - **Bedrooms:** 7 bedrooms in the property, mostly bunks.
