Our villa in Antigua is extraordinary. Situated at the top of Nonsuch Bay resort, the villa has breathtaking views on all sides: look one way, and you gaze over the turquoise waters of Green Island in the distance; look the other, and you see a calm fjord-like vista, with stunning sunsets in the evening. The villa itself is no less spectacular. Sleeping up to 11 people in five individually designed bedrooms, Perfect Sunshine is both spacious and elegant. Featuring the best in contemporary design, with an Italian kitchen, Designer’s Guild furniture and high airy wooden ceilings, it will not fail to delight. But you will hardly want to spend all your time inside in such a glorious location! The villa also has a private 50 foot pool, and spacious terracing all around for you to enjoy the views. Antigua itself is a wonderful island, and very easily accessible from the UK and US with frequent direct flights. With 365 beaches, one for every day of the year, you will not be short of places to explore. Nonsuch Bay (where the villa is located) is famed for its excellent sailing and kitesurfing conditions, and you can take lessons or rent equipment down at the marina. Our location above Nonsuch Bay Resort means we have the best of both worlds: we are within the gated community, and have access to the award-winning restaurant, lovely beach (a 5 minute walk down the hill) and activities provided, but if you are seeking tranquillity, you have all you need at the villa itself. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Dogs are allowed in the villa. - **Accessibility:** The master bedroom is on the ground floor, making it accessible. - **WiFi:** There is fast WiFi at the villa, and mobile reception. - **Kitchen:** Designer kitchen, fitted with all modern amenities. - **Dining Room:** You have a choice of dining areas: there is a glass dining table in the vast living room, but most guests prefer to eat on one of the many terraces. - **Sitting Room:** The living room is an impressive space: wonderfully spacious, with high wooden beams, and beautiful designer furniture. - **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a 42" flat screen TV in the living room, along with a bluetooth music system. - **Heating and Open Fires:** No need for heating! - **Bedrooms:** 5 individually designed bedrooms.
