The Residence offers 8 dorm-style bedrooms accommodating up to 35 guests. Modern shower and toilet facilities are provided, with separate areas for boys and girls. A communal area allows for junior guests and group leaders to relax, with comfortable seating, 2 large TV screens suitable for presentations, film nights or gaming sessions, together with table football, a pool table and board games. A small kitchen area is available for storing drinks, snacks and light refreshments. Residential stays are offered on a catered basis only, with Bed and Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board packages available. The campus offers groups the o-pportunity to choose either a residential only stay, or accommodation along with facilities hire to run educational, sports and activity-focused provision such as Specialist Sports Coaching, Performing Arts, STEM and much more. Our on-site accommdoation can support learning, personal development and team building in a safe, secure and welcoming environment. The wider campus provides access to an outstanding range of facilities that can be incorporated into residential programmes and courses at an additional cost. These include a floodlit 3G football pitch, grass football pitches, sports hall, gymnasium, running track, tennis courts, cricket nets, multi use games area, dance studio, drama room, music studio and a professional theatre. Classroom spaces, meeting rooms and conference faciltiies are also available, making the venue ideal for workshops, training sessions, educational courses and creative projects. School facilities are available from 5.00-10.00pm on weekdays during school term-time and from 8.30am to 5.00pm at weekends, subject to availability. In school holidays, facilities are available from 8.30am to 10.00pm on weekdays. Please note that the residential accommodation is available exclusively to schools, youth organisations, community groups and junior sports or activity teams, together with their accompanying leaders.
