Experience the islands of Skomer, Skokholm and Grassholm; enjoy watersports within the safe waters of Dale; relax on the sandy beaches; walk the famous coast path; venture to the city of St David’s, the market town of Narberth, the Preseli Hills; or simply relax in the farmhouse with friends and family in front of the woodburners or home cinema. Enjoy the luxury of 7 bedrooms and 7 bath/wet rooms.
The original medieval hall house dates back to the early 16th century. Later additions created a substantial house. Abandoned for 50 years we have renovated the property using traditional building methods & materials, incorporating modern renewable technologies including ground source heat, solar & wind to create delightful spacious accommodation.
Full of character, Philbeach lends itself to groups getting together without being on top of each other. Two well equipped kitchens easily cater for up to 20 guests. There are two dining tables in adjacent rooms, one seating 16 the other 8, and two large sitting rooms each with woodburner and television. One sitting room has bi-folding doors opening to a courtyard ideal for outside living, leading to an enclosed lawn and with stunning views of Dale bay.
