Phoenix House is a large main door apartment in the centre of Elie Village. This cool and fashionable space feels like a large house with its open plan living design. Stunning views over the Firth of Forth and the great mass of Bass Rock over at North Berwick will take your breath away. This is a perfect place for friends and family groups to gather to holiday, golf or celebrate.

Immediately downstairs is the Elie Deli, somewhere to pick up fresh croissants for breakfast or any other delights to tickle your fancy. Sit at a pavement table, sip a cup of coffee and watch the world go by. Phoenix is ideally situated between the beach and golf course which should keep all members of the group happy. There is a utility room for drying golf gear and the beds can be made into singles to accommodate a tour party. There is the opportunity to relax in the hot tub or sauna after a long day at the beach or on the golf course and perhaps enjoy a barbecue on warm summer evenings.

The open plan living area means that dining for 10 can be enjoyed in a light and airy space, creating a really special atmosphere for a celebration. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal for your group with all modern conveniences. If you don't want to do the cooking yourself, outside caterers will come in as long as you arrange it in advance of your stay.

Kick back in the lounge seating area with plenty of comfortable sofa space for all guests, allowing time to chat or watch some television.

Phoenix offers 5 bedrooms with 5 contemporary bathrooms and 2 sofa beds, perfect for multi generational groups which need flexibility.

Exploring the beautiful area of Elie is a must for all visitors with 5 safe blue flag beaches to enjoy at any time of the year. The impressive coastal path offers guests the chance to see whales, dolphins, seals and other wildlife. Visit the string of gorgeous fishing villages along the East Neuk of Fife on foot and by cycling or driving along the coastal road. Perhaps you would like to play golf at 1 of 2 Elie links courses, with stunning sea views to inspire anyone. And there is a great range of places to eat in Elie, something to suit all tastes.
