The Pictureworks is an impressive holiday house near Langport in Somerset, sleeping 19 (+ cots) and perfect for getting together with friends and family, for a long weekend break catching up or to celebrate a special occasion.

With your own private spa (hot tub, steam room, sauna, heated chairs) and two heated pools (one private), this is the place to be. Two enormous tables, one inside and one outside, each seat 16 people. 4 enormous bi-fold doors that measure 45 feet in total can be opened up to provide a truly amazing inside/outdoor experience.

Swim or unwind in your private heated pool (April to October) or a second heated pool in a beautiful garden (May to September). Both pools are heated to 28 degrees in summer.

Play pool and table football in the large entertainment room, or unwind on the squishy sofas with Sonos surround sound. Walk to the nearby pubs, cook in the fully equipped kitchen and eat at the huge dining table, or arrange a part or completely catered package. Play table tennis, basketball or croquet on the grass in the orchard. We can assist you to arrange everything from a chef to a massage, axe-throwing and archery, or cider and wine sampling - plenty of fun activities to choose from throughout your stay.

Enjoy a good night's sleep with our super comfortable mattresses and high-quality linen; all bedrooms are en suite and can be designed to accommodate any combination of superkings or singles that works best for your gathering; we tailor to your specific needs.

All bedrooms have either en suite or shared bathroom available. Mainly walk-in showers.

Cots and child beds available. Baby bath, high chair, changing mat and blackout blinds available on request.

Private hot tub and private heated swimming pool. Croquet lawn and large field for activities such as archery or rounders.

Swimming Pool

Private pool. Second, shared, larger pool with shallow and deep end a little distance from the house. Both heated to 28 degrees in summer.

Parking

Parking available for up to 6 cars, however more can be arranged if needed.

Strictly non smoking. There are ashtrays provided outside.

Location

Long Sutton is a small Somerset village, centrally located for a whole host of days out and activities. Near to Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Caves, Haynes Motor Museum to name but a few.

Our nearest town is Langport; just 5 mins drive away it plays host to farmers markets and quirky tea rooms, but also has Tesco for a food shop.
Tesco Metro in Langport, about a 5 minute drive away.
2 walking distance pubs are The Devonshire in the village - 10 min walk - or slightly further is The Halfway at Pitney, just 15 min walk away; both are excellent for food and local beer or cider.
Nearest airports are either Bristol or Exeter, both about an hour drive from Long Sutton.
Nearest train station is Castle Cary which is about a 20 min drive from Long Sutton.
There is a bus stop in the village, 5 min walk.
