Formerly a boutique restaurant with rooms, Plas Bodegroes is now a luxury self catering holiday home sleeping 20 with exclusive use for family celebrations and multi-generational holidays and weekends away. Families are welcome, as are dogs.

This beautiful Georgian manor house offers boutique accommodation at hotel standard, with 10 individually decorated double or twin bedrooms which are all en suite spread over 2 upper floors and with 2 in an annexe to the main building.

The large, fully equipped kitchen is newly installed and leads to a dining room seating up to 24. Two drawing rooms have open log fires, one with library facilities, the other has a grand piano.

Plas Bodegroes sits within 5 acres of private gardens offering peaceful seclusion, with a large verandah and a courtyard garden with barbecue. Nonetheless Plas Bodegroes is within a mile of the beach, and the Llyn Peninsula offers golf courses, coastal walking and blue flag beaches. In addition, all of the attractions of Snowdonia - mountains, castles, zip wires - are within an hour's drive.

Fibre broadband throughout, mobile reception depends on supplier.

Disabled Facilities

No ground floor bedrooms. Main staircase is very gentle and manageable by ambulant disabled. Ground floor loo and shower.

Dog Friendly

Up to 2 dogs are welcome, please bring your own dog bed.

Kitchen

Large kitchen with 3 oven range cooker, 5 plate induction hob, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, dishwasher and table seating 10. Boot room with washer drier.

Dining Room

Opening off the kitchen, and leading to the courtyard garden, our dining room seats up to 24. The wine wall holds up to 90 bottles.

Sitting Room

Drawing room has an open log fire, self-playing grand piano and seats 20. The library also has an open log fire and seats 10.

TV and Music Facilities

Smart internet TV/DVD player with a full range of DVDs in the library. All bedrooms also have TV and radio with iPod.dock.

Games Room

There is no games room.

Heating and Open Fires

The entire house is centrally heated, the kitchen and boot room have underfloor heating. Drawing room and library have open log fires.

Bedrooms

10 double or twin bedrooms, all en suite with bathtub and shower. 2 twins are zip/link, 2 rooms each have put you up beds for 2 additional children.

Linen

All bed linen, towels and kitchen linen is provided.

Bathrooms

All rooms have en suite bathroom with bathtub. 4 have shower over the bath, 6 have walk in showers. There is a wetroom off the boot room.

Children's Facilities

Children are welcome as part of family groups. Children's books, games and DVDs in the library.

Outdoor

The verandah and courtyard are equipped with outdoor seating. There is a Weber barbecue in the courtyard.

Swimming Pool

There is no pool.

Parking

Ample parking for 12 vehicles in the car park and 4 at the back door.

Smoking

Not allowed anywhere inside - smoke alarms will trigger. Smoking welcome on the verandah.

Booking Information

Changeover on Friday, or Monday out of season. Check in from 4:00, check out 10:00, security deposit £500.
No hen or stag groups – sorry.

Pwllheli 1 mile east.
Pwllheli has supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, wine shop, hardware and clothes shops.
