- **Bathrooms:** 2 en suite shower/WC, 1 en suite with bath, over bath shower and WC. 2 further bathrooms: 1 with over bath shower and WC, 1 with walk-in shower, WC.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cot, high chair and stair-gate available. XBox and TV in separate sitting room, with toys and board games.
- **Outdoor:** Patio and decked sitting areas, sloping lawn and "never ending" hillside garden. Unprotected drops (toddlers beware).
- **Parking:** Private parking for 7/8 cars.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted.
