Plas Dinam's huge size, its recently redecorated, five star interior and its majestic dining room make it pretty hard to beat. Birthday parties, family reunions, wedding anniversaries, Christmas with family – you name it, we’re good at it. And Plas Dinam will always rise to the occasion.

- The wood-panelled dining room sits up to 50, with a great log fire and high ornate ceilings. Great for parties but also for smaller dinners

- 2 large sitting rooms with log fires, huge bay windows and wonderful views

- A large, friendly kitchen with seating for 10, a stunning mural, an Aga, 2 dishwashers and a large bell to let everyone know it’s time for lunch

- A magnificent full size billiard room with huge fireplace and wood panelling - the perfect man’s hideout

- A cosy room with 50” flat screen TV, DVD, XBox and surround sound

- 13 acres of gardens including various lawns for lazing around, playing croquet or football

- The grounds are great to explore, with woodland paths and giant trees

- Our tennis court for the more energetic

- And, of course, there are the wonderful walks over the hills

- There really is something for everyone to do

Plas Dinam has been a much loved family home for over a hundred years. Five generations of the famous Davies family of Llandinam have lived here and now the family welcome you to come and stay in this beautiful place.

The house is so well designed that for a small family it won't feel empty and for a big party it won't feel full.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Well behaved dogs welcome. Kennel room and dog area in the boot room. It is an extra charge of £55 per dog, up to 3 in the house. Please enquire.
- **Accessibility:** Disabled parking and entrance, downstairs bedroom and walk in bathroom available for an extra charge of £250.
- **WiFi:** WiFi included.
- **Kitchen:** Amazing high ceilinged kitchen with all mod cons and a great music system too! 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, Aga, cooker, coffee machine, food processor.
- **Dining Room:** A magnificent room. Huge windows, high ornate ceiling, wood panelling, wood burner, creates fabulous atmosphere. Seating 50 around antique oak tables.
- **Sitting Room:** 2 large sitting rooms, grand piano, bay windows with lovely views, huge snug sofas, wood panelling, log fires.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** 42" TV in sitting room and cinema room with 50" TV, DVD, Blu-Ray player, surround sound, XBox with Kinect. Games and DVDs.
- **Games Room:** Full sized billiards table in magnificent wood panelled room, table tennis room, well stocked playroom, board games, XBox with Kinect.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** New central heating and biomass boiler means a warm house even in winter! Wood burners/log fires in the main rooms.
- **Bedrooms:** 15 double bedrooms (inc 1 family suite), all different, with lovely detailing, magnificent views and huge beds. 5 can be twins/doubles, 1 triple.
- **Linen:** Top quality linen, soft fluffy towels and luxurious toiletries complete the picture.
- **Bathrooms:** 10 total. Huge claw foot baths, great showers, en suites and family bathrooms.
- **Children's Facilities:** A children's paradise! Large well stocked playroom, table tennis, treasure hunt, dens, outdoor space in safe private grounds. High chair and cot.
- **Outdoor:** Tennis court, croquet, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, assortment of rackets and balls, massive gas barbecue, 13 acres of gardens and woodlands.
- **Parking:** Ample parking.
- **Smoking:** No smoking. Smoking undercover area outside.
